Terms of use

This site is operated by Warqline Technologies, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK 99326140, at Taanmanstraat 5, 1502NA Zaandam, Netherlands. Using the site means these terms apply to you.

They do not replace any signed agreement. Where you have a service contract with us, that contract governs the work and takes precedence over anything here.

You may read, quote and share what we publish. You may not:

• Present our writing as your own, or republish articles in full without attribution and a link back
• Try to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours
• Interfere with the service, or automate requests at a rate that degrades it for others
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising

Our articles describe how we approach real engineering problems. They are general information, not advice tailored to your systems, and cloud platforms change constantly. Verify anything before you apply it, and test it outside production first. We are not liable for what happens if you don't.

• Accounts are registered against a company, using a company email address. Consumer and disposable addresses are not accepted.
• You must confirm your email address before connecting anything to your account.
• Your credentials are yours alone — do not share them, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has them.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite to it do.
• We may suspend an account where we see misuse, or where a contract has ended.

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Availability commitments for services we deliver to you live in your service contract, not here.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Warqline Technologies unless stated otherwise. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. Product and company names belong to their respective owners.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies. See also the privacy policy and the legal notice.
