What we collect

Only what the site actually asks for:

  • Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, company, work email, the topic you chose and your message, along with the IP address the request came from and the time it arrived. The IP address is kept to help us identify abuse of the form. The form also asks you to answer a short sum, which we generate and check ourselves — no third party is involved and nothing about you is collected by it.
  • Client portal accounts. If we have given you portal access, we hold your email address and an identifier for your account. Passwords are handled by Google Identity Platform and are never visible to us.
  • Your theme preference. Whether you chose light or dark is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.

We do not run advertising on this site, we do not profile you, and we do not buy or enrich contact data from third parties. We do measure which pages are read, but only with your agreement — see below.

Why we are allowed to hold it

  • Contact enquiries — to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping a record of them.
  • Portal accounts — to perform the contract under which we give you access.

Where it is processed

We use a small number of providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

Google Cloud
Hosts this site and stores contact enquiries. Enquiries are held in Firestore and processed by our API in europe-west1 (Belgium). The site's static files are served from a global content delivery network, so they are distributed worldwide.
Google Identity Platform
Authenticates client portal accounts. Google operates this service and may process account data outside the European Union.
Resend
Delivers your enquiry to our inbox as email. Resend is based in the United States and sends through Amazon SES in the us-east-1 region.
GoDaddy
Hosts the mailbox that receives enquiries at partner@warqline.com.

Transfers outside the European Union

Sending your enquiry by email means it reaches providers in the United States, and account data may be processed outside the EU by Google. These transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If you would rather not have your details leave the EU by email, write to us directly at partner@warqline.com instead of using the form.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are deleted 24 months after they arrive. This is enforced by the database itself rather than by a manual clean-up, so it happens whether or not anyone remembers.

Portal accounts are kept while the account is active. Tell us to close one and we will remove it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. Analytics is optional: we use Google Analytics 4 to count page views, and it is not loaded at all unless you allow it, so declining means your browser never contacts Google. Consent is the legal basis, which is why we ask rather than assume, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Exactly what is stored, what Google can see, and the control to change your answer are all on the cookie policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete it
  • Restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it
  • Send it to you, or another provider, in a portable format

Email partner@warqline.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting people we already hold data about will be notified by email.
